"I bought a 2010 Road Glide last year and we really enjoy the bike, and Susquehanna Valley H-D's staff treat us like their own family every time we return to the dealership. The quick & friendly service we receive each time we visit just makes us want to come back again. If we have a problem with anything, they do whatever it takes to make it right."

"Took a ride over to Susquehanna Harley to look at new boots for my wife. After an hour or so, I was trading my bike in for a newer one. From the moment we walked in, we were treated the way you should. Everyone was friendly and eager to help without being "pushy". There are three Harley dealerships closer to my house than Susquehanna Harley but I dare you to find me shopping anywhere else. The Salesman, finance and parts department were all there to get me what "I" wanted. That is very refreshing for a change. I tell everyone I know about my experience and hope they take the ride to get outstanding service. Thank You."

"I wanted to inform you of the excellent service that your team member Karen provided I purchased a leather jacket for my husband and have been looking for pink riding leathers for myself. She brought the only size medium from the display for me to try on and is trying to locate the matching chaps. I was hesistant to purcahse the jacket because I want the matching set. She assured me she would keep trying to find a pair of the matching chaps when your "web link" was back up."

"I purchased my second Heritage Softtail recently from SVHD. I was only interested in a two tone root beer color scheme. Dallas was relentless in his search and after a couple weeks was able to locate " Maria " at a West Virginia dealership. I am happy to say that with his help and dedication, My "Maria" and I have logged over 500 miles since the purchase on 6/10. She's great !!! Thanks to Dawn also for all her help in the financing. The sales team in clothing has been very helpful in the purchases of my jacket and other clothing. Thank you all for a great experience and the welcome feeling I get each time in visit the dealership. It's one thing for the sales person to remember your name, but when several others including the owners kow you at sight, it lets you know you are more than just a sale."

"I just want to take a moment to express my gratitude to Dave Tull and the entire team at SVHD for making the purchase of my 2011 Street Glide a very pleasant experience. From my first conversation with Dallas in the sales Dept when I was "Just looking around" and all the way up until the day I picked up my new Harley Davidson everyone on the team worked together to ensure everything went smoothly and most of all that I was satisfied as a customer. During the past six moths I have been to ALL of the dealerships in the Central PA area and not one of them greeted you when you walked in the door, asked you if you had any questions or made you feel as though your business there was important to them. That is definitely not the case at SVHD and I am extremely pleased that I made my purchase here.
