Join ride leader, John Rietheimer, for dinner at one of Mechanicsburg's most popular pizza places. In addition to pizza varieties including Neapolitan, White, Margherita, Meat Lovers and Hawaiian Pie, you might want to try their famous Grandma pan pizza. Enjoy a scenic ride with ride leader, Joe Grubb, to beautiful Fort Halifax Park to spend the afternoon watching amateur rocketeers launch their rockets. Our very own rocketeer and H.O.G. chapter member, Scott "Rocket" Boeckelmann, will be launching his own custom-built rockets. Be sure to bring a kickstand puck for parking.
Join us as we celebrate another year of Harley-Davidson Homecoming! The annual festival held in Milwaukee, Wi., will be from July 24 to July 28. An annual celebration of music, moto-culture and Milwaukee, Homecoming is four days and nights packed full of entertainment, events and live performances by some of the biggest names in music.

Join ride leader, Scott Boeckelmann, on this lunch ride to S. Clyde Weaver in Lancaster County. S. Clyde Weaver is known for their fresh smoked meats, cheeses, bakery items and grilled sticky buns in their Cafe.
After lunch, we will enjoy a scenic ride as we make our way back towards the dealership. It is suggested that you bring a cooler of some sort if you wish to purchase perishable items.
This ride will be around 75 miles. The GPX file for your GPS will be available for you to upload to your bike's GPS the day of the ride.

Join ride leader, Scott Boeckelmann, as we tour nine lighthouses, one Naval Aviation Museum, ride across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge/Tunnel and visit NASA's Wallops Island Flight Visitor's Center.
This ride is five days and about 835 miles. The tour will start when we arrive in Havre de Grace, Maryland, and follow around the Chesapeake Bay to Virginia Beach. The ride will continue up the East Coast to the east side of the bay.

May is Women Riders Month … come on out ladies and have fun to celebrate you and your love of Riding!! Plus, thanks to the men, who support and encourage women riders!
Purchase tickets by Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at the dealership. Meal will include carnival themed foods. Monies received, above and beyond the final bill for the food and some prizes, will be distributed in the form of cash prizes to our women participants. Note: Tickets will be available the day of the event @ Appalachian H-D until 11:00 AM.
Each participant will be required to sign a waiver the day of the event, at starting dealership in order to participate, assuming total responsibility for themselves and their actions.
The day will be spent riding/traveling to 6 (or as many as you can) of the participating Dealers. There is no specific route mapped out, dealer addresses, and hours are listed below. The begin time, depends on the hours of the Dealer where you begin. Dealers may offer discounts to be used at a later time; along with snacks, drinks, and food items (some for purchase) along the route.

Summer Ride Series is back!!! Join Joe Grubb for a scenic all-day ride through central and north central Pa. to visit five places of interest and memorials honoring Veterans and first responders. All are welcome! Bring a guest to enjoy a day on the road!
A ride to Mexico, Pa., that is...
Join ride leader, Scott Boeckelmann, as he leads a scenic lunch ride to Harshbarger's Sub 'N Malt restaurant near Mexico, Pa. Harshbarger's is a modern restaurant with a 1950's theme with a wide variety of food choices. After lunch, we will take a scenic, twisty ride north to Amy's Frosty Freeze in Mifflinburg for dessert. We will then head south on Rt. 104 as we make our way back home.
This ride will be around 140 miles. The GPX file for your GPS will be available for you to upload to your bike's GPS the day of the ride.

This month's dinner ride leader, John Rietheimer, is leading us to some awesome BBQ and ice cream in Halifax. All food and ice cream is made on the premises and is sure to please.

Join ride leader, Scott Boeckelmann, as we make our way down to the Border Cafe near Newark, De. Border Cafe is a combination of Tex/Mex and Cajun cuisine.
After lunch, we will enjoy a scenic ride home as we travel through Southern Pa. and visit the Landenberg Store.
This ride is about 160 miles and will have two gas stops.

The Harrisburg Animal Rescue Team (HART) will be holding a community vendor fair at Susquehanna Valley Harley-Davidson on Route 22 (Allentown Blvd) in Harrisburg, PA. Please join us for food, vendors, raffle baskets, and much more!

Join ride leader, Scott "Scooter" May for this month's SRS ride, Sweets and Treats. This ride through central Pa. will visit all five picture locations and include a lunch stop. There will be some highway usage, but will cover mostly scenic, back roads. Good for all skill levels. Hope you can join us!
