"A little over a year ago I found myself on svhd.com looking for a used bike. I left work early to check out the bike, unfortunately it was already sold. Over the next few days my search intensified, I found myself standing in front of Corey explaining my desire for a bike but my low budget, he took no time leading me into the warehouse out back and introducing me to a bike just above my intended price range. As he walked it out from the long line of bikes I instantly fell in love this the black beauty. This 2006 xl883L with just over 5000 miles screamed for me to make it mine. Corey asked if I'd like to hear it run, with hesitation I agreed, when I heard the distinct rumble coming from the Vance and Hines exhaust I knew it was meant to be. Corey and his manager worked with me to get the bike into my price range. After a few days I returned to pick up the bike and finish my paperwork, the bike looked perfect, thank you to those who took time to make it even more beautiful. I took the standard tour around the store and met so many nice people. PJ for one always greets customers with a smile and is eager to answer any questions or help find what you are looking for. Harrison in the parts/service department is fantastic and wastes no time helping me find the parts I want, while keeping in mind that I have a tight budget. Thanks to Harrison I will always come here for my parts. I also want to thank Karl and the guys in the shop who make sure to find a time slot that they know I can make it to and always call me to give me updates on the bike while I have it in for service. Whenever I walk into the parts and service department a svhd I am always greeted with a smile and addressed by name. I am always asked how the bike is running and how I like the new parts. These guys always make me feel like I am welcome, I would never consider buying a Harley Davidson from any other dealer. Thank you to everyone at svhd."

"I had been in the market for a new Harley Davidson. I called/emailed numerous dealerships, 5 total, to include my local dealer wanting to purchase a new Low Rider S. I only emailed SVHD to get an idea of a out the door price. Within a short period of time Corey emailed me back with a figure on a 2016 model and 2017 model. A few days past before I received a email from one other dealership stating their price was the MSRP. Needless to say Corey/SVHD gave me, what I think was, a great deal on a 2016 model. On top of the great deal, I was advised they would transport the motorcycle to my front door. That in itself was a big deal considering I live 2+ hours away. So, I made the trip, bought my new AWESOME 2016 Harley Davidson Low Rider S and I couldn't be happier. The entire experience was pleasant with no BS. I enjoyed the brief introductions to each department and the staff, they make you feel right at home. My only problem is they are 2+ hours away. If you are in the market for a new or used Harley contact SVHD regardless of the distance. If you get the same experience I did I guarantee you won't be disappointed."

"If your not using Susquehanna Harley for your motorcycle repairs,you really should try them out. I purchased a used FLHTCUSE5 from them over 4 years ago. They have been excellent to deal with for all my scheduled maintenance but more importantly; they are excellent to deal with for the unexpected repairs. The Service Manager Brad is stand up guy and a true customer advocate. He does not hesitate to get the factory involved if you did not receive fair value out of a Harley Genuine part. His crew does a great job and the express service lane is soooo convenient, no more waiting 3 days to get into the shop! Susquehanna is not the closest Harley dealer to my house but they are the one I choose for all my Harley needs."

"I took my 2007 Roadking Classic to Susquehanna Valley Harley Davidson dealer for 10,000 mile service and for throttle and idle cable replacement. Cables only needed adjustment and lubrication and was advised it would save me money for unnecessary replacement. The entire staff was very knowledgeable, courteous, and made me feel at home while there. SVD is very fortunate to have such a great group of employees within the service and parts departments. I would highly recommend their service department to anyone who needed work done.

I would like to thank service manager Brad, service write up tech Jason, and the bike detail employee for their excellence, diligence, and standing behind their work. Even when I first pulled into lot with trailered bike one of the ladies from clothing sales was outside and ran to get someone to help me unload. I am very pleased with my decision to have my bike serviced and maintained there.

Although he was often times busy with other customers when I called, he would call me back within a timely manner. "So my 2 brothers and 2 other friends plus myself took a 3 day trip down to York Pa for the open house at the Harley plant which was awesome as always, on Saturday when we left to head home we stopped buy Susquehanna Valley HD and this it were it all happened we walked in and were treated buy the staff that morning with all smiles and welcomes we all were just walking around looking at different things that's were I meet Joe H we talked a little ifo the the 2016 Street Glides told him I was interested in a new SG it so happened we were standing ifo this nice dark red one I told him I was looking to trade my 02 Road King and that was it. To make a long story short 3hrs later I was the PROUD OWNER of that 2016 SGS and riding it home to CT. My experience at Susquehanna HD was second to none the entire staff were AWESOME if your in the market for a new bike give these guys a shot true professionals no hagel no BS,thank you all again our 3 day trip the the factory was great but Susquehanna Valley you guys just put the iceing on the cake THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH you made the 300 mile trip home a great one on my new scoot. "A group of my friends and I were in Route from Tennessee to Bar Harbor Maine. On the morning of July 20th, we were preparing to leave a Harrisburg area motel when I experienced a heart condition that required a three day stay in Penn State Hershey Hosp.

Faced with a decision about where to leave my 2012 FLTRU Harley, I asked one of my buddies to find the closest Harley Dealer to see if the could store my cycle until I could return to ride it home. (trailering It was offered by some friends back home, but was not an option) I was determined to Ride home at some point. I didn't quite feel up to riding when my hospital stay ended so you folks didn't see me for a couple of weeks.

on Friday August 7th. I finally came back to meet Jason Beck who had taken custody of my Road Glide. Thanks very much for the hospitality, kindness, Concern (for me and my Harley) Even the motorclothes ladies were aware of my experience and expressed concern and happiness about my recovery. Please make everyone at your Dealership aware of my appreciation for your hospitality and kindness. Thanks very much for going above and beyond your everyday job expectation. "We didn't expect to be riding a brand new Harley home the day we visited, however, we DID! Our salesperson Corey was a really great guy. I'm always cautious of sales staff. They are generally pushy and over anxious to make a sale. He was very patient, courteous and knowledgeable. He worked with us to get a great deal. The Finance person Gary was just as polite and helpful. All staff we came into contact with was professional and friendly. Thank you to everyone.
