"I've been dealing with SVHD for 15 years. Even though I have two dealerships closer ( one by 30 miles) I will always deal wth SVHD even for the smallest parts. I follow several hd forums on the internet and not one dealership mentioned offers the outstanding customer service of SVHD. From the Pa vehicle safety inspections with complimentary wheel bearing and drive belt checks. I always feel welcomed and apparently no question is too stupid for them to answer."

"I recently purchased my first motorcycle at 55 years old, a Harley TriGlide. I bought the bike through a private sale and had no clue when it came to taking care of my new toy. I am happy to say that I found Susquehanna Valley HD for all of my service needs. I have had my trike in twice for service. Each visit they have gone over the whole bike thoroughly and given me a full report on any issues they see-major or minor. The communication with the service team is excellent and they explain everything they are doing very clearly. The last service visit was unexpected( arriving via tow truck) and I didn't have an appointment. Even had the height of their busy season, they got the repairs done in a timely manner and had me back on the road and headed to bike week just in time! I had the pleasure of meeting Dave, the owner, at their recent bike night. He saw me several days later when I was picking up my bike, called me by name and gave me a pointer about my bike. I am impressed to say the least! I am so thankful to have found SVHD and know I can rely on them for all my Harley needs.

P.S. they have a great sales staff and a wonderful selection of everything Harley :) If you're lucky enough you will meet little Ellie and she'll share her popcorn with you!!"

"Well, after riding 4hrs to our destination Hershey Park my '89 Flhtc was makin a noise in primary , the starter was spinning rendering the bike unmovable. The thought of being stranded in a huge parking lot was more than nerve racking. We got on our phone and spotted Susquehanna H-D called and they immediately sent out a truck to pick us up. The dealership was having an event and was busy, that didn't stop em from getting me right in and takin care of my problem. I must disclose that I am a dealership employee as well and this is the kind of experience we like to deliver ! Thanks again to everyone at Susquehanna H-D."

"Visiting a friend 4 hours from home (I live on Long Island, NY) - he took me to visit your dealership. As we looked around we were welcomed by an amazing staff. Each person welcoming with a smile and warmth. I decided to test drive a 2018 Heritage and once I rode it, I knew it was for me. The process was nerve wracking on my end but the whole staff remained supportive from Corey, to Dan Kreiger our salesman to Mike Miele the financial guy. After test riding the bike I went home and thought about it, all week I hammered Dan and Mike with questions and not once did they flinch but instead took the time to explain in detail the answers to all my questions and there were many. The next weekend I was there bright and early (as the doors opened) to make the purchase. I cannot imagine another dealership taking the time they did in making the smooth transition of my new ride. I cannot praise the entire staff enough, they surely are an amazing team and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them all individually and as a team - this is the one and only dealership I will use from now on. A huge thank you to them all and to my friend Vinny P for recommending them."

"I visit this dealership often, so it was no surprise that when I walked in, nearly everyone greeted me by first name. Even with being a repeat customer everyone still treats you as if you're a first time buyer, they answer every question, big or small. When looking to purchase a bike, Corey Raia, Brittany,and Josh are all willing to walk you through the different options to find the bike that fits you best, matches your personality and meet your price range. For me, when I first laid eyes on a Laguna Orange Fat Bob I knew it would end up in my garage. After several weeks of visiting the dealership looking to trade in my 2015 Low Rider(didn't fit me well and wasn't exactly my style) my girlfriend walked up to that beautiful Fat Bob, picked up the price tag and all she said was, "wow that's expensive, but I really like it". Without missing a beat Corey offered me more than what I felt was fair for my Low Rider and promised to beat my current interest rate. I saw the shock in my girlfriend's eyes, I said if you can make that happen I'll sign papers. After test riding the new bike I knew that it fit me so much better than the old bike and look so much better. Michael in the finance office managed to get me the ESP for 4 years added into my financed total without increasing my monthly payment by much at all. With as often as I'm in the showroom Garry and the other employees started joking with me that they'll see me again soon for my new Street Glide. I appreciate that everyone is willing to be personal enough to develop inside jokes with customers.

Brad, Karl, Harrison, and Jason back in parts and service helped me get the bike set up perfect for me and are always polite. These guys always seem to know what I want when I walk in and make it quick and easy to get out the door quickly. My bikes will come to the guys for as long as I ride.

In motorclothes Dani and PJ always go out of their way to help me find exactly what I'm looking for and never forget to ask about work and family.

This dealership has the best customer service of any dealership I have ever been to. I will come back often and will make all future Harley Davidson purchases from here."

When buying the bike it was one of the most Pleasant dealership experiences I have ever had while walking through and meeting everyone from each department they already knew my name and what I had purchased they truly made me feel like one of the family I will have no problem in the future referring anyone to their dealership. Unfortunately my girlfriend had already made a deal for her motorcycle at another dealership and after picking it up we both made the comment and almost the same time that she wished that Harrisburg had what she was looking for because she would have much rather have dealt with them because the other dealership she was dealing with did not give that personal feeling and that is unfortunate.
