"I purchased my second Heritage Softtail recently from SVHD. I was only interested in a two tone root beer color scheme. Dallas was relentless in his search and after a couple weeks was able to locate " Maria " at a West Virginia dealership. I am happy to say that with his help and dedication, My "Maria" and I have logged over 500 miles since the purchase on 6/10. She's great !!! Thanks to Dawn also for all her help in the financing. The sales team in clothing has been very helpful in the purchases of my jacket and other clothing. Thank you all for a great experience and the welcome feeling I get each time in visit the dealership. It's one thing for the sales person to remember your name, but when several others including the owners kow you at sight, it lets you know you are more than just a sale. "

"I have always admired and appreciated the Harley-Davidson motorcycle. I habe been frotunate enough to be able to purchase my last 2 brand new and I have enjoyed that the most. I believe in the product 100%. The dealership I have purchased this motorcycle from was wonderful. They have treated my wife and I like we were there best customer and we just now purchased our first bike from them. Everyone and I mean everyone from the time you walk in, is very friendly and willing to assist you. All of them seem very capable of answering all or most any questions we have had. This not the closest dealership to our home an we have many within 100 miles (any direction). We did shop around and visit several, this was where we felt most comfortable and I am quite pleased with the deal I obtanied at SVH-D. "

"Seriously, your ladies� garage day that I attended last year really helped me realize that I COULD ride my own bike if I wanted to. I shouldn�t be scared of riding a bike by myself just because I don�t know everything about it. I just need to take the MSP course and they will teach me everything. I�ve always had the support of my hubby but it also helped that everyone in our riding group really encouraged me as well. It helps having other bikers make you realize that it isn�t as hard as you think. "

"Hey Katie... I just wanted to thank you for the suggestion on the Wind Stopper Jacket. I went for a ride on Easter Sunday, it was cold!! And you were right, the wind stopper jacket was the ticket. I only had on a turtle neck, the jacket and my leather riding jacket, and I was nice and toasty!!! "I have many great things to say about SVHD and their staff. In Spring of 2004 I bought my first Harley, a Dyna Low Rider. At that time I did not do very well with riding, but wanted to learn how to ride. I bought the bike, but was not looking forward to riding it home, the sales person at that time offer to ride my new bike home or me. I in turn drove them back to SVHD in my car. This was my first great experienece with them. After that it was up to me to learn how to ride, Fall of 2004 I took the safty coarse, passed the class and earned my class M on my drivers License. Now I ride any chance I get. Rather it be alone, with friends, MVP rides or with the great local HOG Harrisburg chapter group of SVHD. To keep me in safe riding conditions SVHD parts department are always there when you need them, ready to help me shop for the parts I need. Their service department always provides the best service, they get my bike in for service and repairs so I am back on the road again. The motorclothes department staff are very helpful and also willing to provide great assistance rather buying from selections in the store, or place a special order if the item is available to order. I have another great experience to share, back in Spetember 2007 we had a outside wedding on our Harley's. If it were not for SVHD I would have been at my wedding without a Harley, my bike was in the service department waiting for painted parts due to a slight accident I was involved in August 2007. Both Marci and Bill let me know not to worry, that I will have a bike to ride on my wedding day and in my wedding. They provided me with a 2008 blue Fat Boy HD for my special day. To all at SVHD, please keep up with all you do for us riders and non riders, and those wanting to learn to ride. We will be there for you and you be there for us. Looking forward to being your customer in 2009, 2010, 2011 and on and on."

"Dear Bill Tull, This is my 5th motorcycle I have purchased from SVH-D, but my first time I am writing you. I wanted to take the time to write to commend you and your staff. When I came in to buy my first bike in 2004 your sales rep took time to talk with me and help me select the right bike. I did not find this at another dealership int he area. In the five years Ihave always been treated with respect and felt like an important customer. Your parts department has always helped me whenever I needed advice or help. I cannot tell you how many times Vicki and Karl have been there for me in service. The bike I just got had some electrical issues and Vicki, Karl and Dave never made me feel like I was bothering them when I would called with another issue. I have never had any issues with bikes I purcahsed and this is the first time. I appreciate their help in resolving the issues, so that I can ride my new bike with confidence. In purchasing my new bike both Zuke and Billy were professional and extremely helpful. Every year, I trade in my bike I have to deal with a new sales rep. I went to Zuke first and he was able to tranfer me to Billy who was very helpful. You have been my dealer of choice since 2003 and I will continue being your customer. I think the MVP program is great and helps when I make a purchases. I like the events you hold especially your MVP Gold Lunch in the summers as well as your MVP parties during the year. Your apparel staff and finance department is superb.
