We recently purchased a pre-owned Harley & EVERYBODY at the Dealership went "over the top " to make this an exellent procedure. Everyone We talked with was very knowledgeable and made Us feel welcome. The day of the sale went really smooth and was well organized. Other dealers We checked with made Us feel as though We were "bothering" them,but Everybody here made Us feel like We were old friends. This was my 1st experiance buying a Harley I researched buying one for over 6 yrs. I visited many local dealers some helpful some ignorant . At Susquehanna Harley I was treated excellent and the staff helped me get the bike that is right for me. The entire dealership was awesome I can't say enough about your customer service . Working in the fire department is a customer service oriented job and I was very impressed with the customer service at your dealership and hope to get the rest of the family to switch to harleys soon.

Bought a new Road King last Saturday (5/12). My work takes me all over the country and I've visited easily 10 other dealerships in the last year, and none made me as comfortable and wanting to buy as SV. I'm not an impulse buyer, so Corey had to work the numbers and work the deal or it wasn't happening. He did, and I bought. Of course then Mikey did his magic with some 'necessary' add ons! But, all voluntary, not one moment of high pressure or drama. Met owner David and some other folks - good experience. Now, just waiting for them to dress it up and deliver it - stay tuned I will let you know how the 9th inning goes! Home team is way ahead right now!

This is my third Harley. But my first from susquehanna and it AMAZING! I Just bought a 2012 Electra Glide Ultra Limited. Best dealer around from start to finish. Went to 4 other dealers close to me and did not want to give me or my wife the time of the day and give me nothing for trade. So I got with gary and he made it happen for us drove twice as long to get to them but it was the best thing that we did. Great job susquehanna valley team. keep up the great work..

I recently purchased a 2010 CVO Ultra Classic from your dealership. I must admit that I was hesitant purchasing a used motorcycle, especially one that recently had the warranty expire. Dealing with Gary and John Thomas was great. There were no surprises through the entire sales process. They are both great guys. Dave Fake treated me very well also, despite the fact I was bringing my own financing. He did an excellent job explaining all of the options that were available to me. I decided to purchase a few trinkets before I brought the bike home so I worked with Mikey in parts who is a wealth of knowledge and fixed me up with some much needed chrome.
As you know when I went home there was a small problem and I brought it to John Thomas’s attention who immediately contacted the service department. I brought the bike back and the guys in service started looking for the problem. By the way Bill; thanks for the ride home. Brad and the techs finally found the problem. Since the bike was already there I decided to purchase a new Vance and Hines exhaust and have it dyno tuned. Throughout the entire process everyone from Kat who would call me with updates, to Brad, who would work on the bike himself to get the job done. Everyone was awesome to deal with. Sales, Parts, and Service all worked together like a team; there were no visible silos or any finger pointing going on. You have a great customer oriented bunch of people working there. I would like you to know that John Thomas and Brad really went the extra mile and I do appreciate everything that was done to keep me as a happy customer. I will tell everyone I know to give Susquehanna Harley a look before they buy.

Back in July i had in my mind a new bike .Well my son Jon bought a bike from your dealership an said Dad why not go there to look. Well as it turns out i didnt look long ,took a 2011 Streeglide for a ride to lunch . When we returned the paperwork was done to take a look. Dallas an Billy said so what ya think ? My reply i'm not sure . They had a plan as to install plates i took it home for the weekend . Well as you may know if you do that your a buying an i'm sure they knew that, LOL. As it turns out Monday morning the 11th of July it became mine . I love the bike ,the power ,the ride ,handling etc... The dealership is anthoer thing everyone there is soooo nice an first class i might add . They really do go out of there way to make you feel at home . So from July til now ive been busy tricking oput my new ride . I might add Mike an the crew in parts know there stuff also. Thanks to everyone for making my experience a nice one . I purchased a used Road King from your dealership and wanted to mention how I was treated by your employees. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store, then met with Dallas who I was talking to on the telephone. He got me a soda, stayed with me through the entire process. He took great detail walking me thru the bike and the operation.
I was introduced to everyone from sales, service and parts. I have never been at a dealership (Auto or Bike) that is anywhere close to your quality of Customer Service.
The only problem was your people agreed to deliver the bike for me because I have a broken hip and I told them no hurry. (I was thinking a week or so) It was delivered within THREE HOURS. Now I have to constantly go to the garage and check on the bike, make sure there is no dust on it and just look at it - but can't ride it yet....
I wish I had the gentleman's name that delivered the bike. He unloaded it like it was a million dollar piece of equipment, then took the time to clean the white wall because a strap put a little mark on it.
Thank you so very much for the service and please thank your employees for me. Most of all, thank you for the bike.

I bought a 2010 Road Glide last year and we really enjoy the bike, and Susquehanna Valley H-D's staff treat us like their own family every time we return to the dealership.
The quick & friendly service we receive each time we visit just makes us want to come back again.
If we have a problem with anything, they do whatever it takes to make it right.

Took a ride over to Susquehanna Harley to look at new boots for my wife. After an hour or so, I was trading my bike in for a newer one. From the moment we walked in, we were treated the way you should. Everyone was friendly and eager to help without being "pushy".
There are three Harley dealerships closer to my house than Susquehanna Harley but I dare you to find me shopping anywhere else.
The Salesman, finance and parts department were all there to get me what "I" wanted. That is very refreshing for a change. I tell everyone I know about my experience and hope they take the ride to get outstanding service. Thank You.

She brought the only size medium from the display for me to try on and is trying to locate the matching chaps. I was hesistant to purcahse the jacket because I want the matching set. "I purchased my second Heritage Softtail recently from SVHD. I was only interested in a two tone root beer color scheme. Dallas was relentless in his search and after a couple weeks was able to locate " Maria " at a West Virginia dealership. I am happy to say that with his help and dedication, My "Maria" and I have logged over 500 miles since the purchase on 6/10. She's great !!! Thanks to Dawn also for all her help in the financing. The sales team in clothing has been very helpful in the purchases of my jacket and other clothing.
