Behind the Scenes with SVH-D

The Decision Makers

Bill - AKA "Fat Willie"- Hi everyone, I experienced my mid-life crisis in 1990 when I bought my first Harley-Davidson bike. I became an enthusiast hook, line and sinker, so much so that I bought Harrisburg Harley-Davidson in July of 1995 to semi-retire. Boy did I get a surprise. I still look forward to riding with customers and alone. The time I spend on my ride is definitely the best time in the world. I do enjoy short day rides but my real love is long distance rides when I can enjoy this wonderful country that we live in. Hope to see you either in the dealership or on the road.
Thanks for taking the time to get to know the members of our team here at Susquehanna Valley Harley-Davidson.  I'm David Tull - and yes, Fat Willie is my Dad.  I've been active with the dealership since 2006 and in my role as Director of Operations since 2008.  I've been married to my wife Paula for 18 years and we have two great boys, Nick and Dylan.  My goal is to make sure that our team provides you with the very best experience Harley-Davidson has to offer.  If you've never been to the dealership, please join us at our next event or just drop by and say hi... and if you're already a member of the SVH-D family, thank you and we'll see you soon!

Hey guys, Brittney here.  I am the Administrative Assistant for SVH-D, but I also dabble in MotorClothes and Promotions.  I've been working here since 2009 and while I'm not a rider yet, I plan on becoming one very soon.  Stop by the Admin Office the next time you're here and say hi!  Thanks for stopping by the website - hope to see you soon!

Hey there!  I'm Stephanie and I am the Marketing & MotorClothes Manager for SVH-D.  I started as the Marketing Coordinator in July of 2010 and have added the role of MotorClothes Manager in January of 2011.  It didn't take long to feel like a part of the SVH-D family and I love being able to interact with everyone in our riding community.

If you haven't been out to see us yet, check out our events calendar - there's always something going on here... and it usually involves food!

The Ultimate Harley-Davidson Experience Providers

Hey Everyone!  I'm John and I'm excited to ba part of the SVH-D team as the Motorcycle Sales Manager.  I've been riding since I was 16 and my favorite Harley, hands down, is the Road Glide Ultra.  I love working with customers on finding their dream ride and making their Harley-Davidson experience a positive one so stop by and see me - I'll be the one having a great day!

Hey here, I'm Gary.   I'm a Motorcycle Sales Associate and your guide to Internet Sales.  I started at SVH-D in October of 2011, learning the ropes in the F&I Department as well as well as growing as a Harley-Davidson Sales Professional.  I'm blessed with two beautiful daughters, a little boy and my amazing wife.  I enjoy spending time with my family and have been riding Harley's and metrics for about 20 years.  In my time here, I've met some great people and I look forward to helping you find the bike you've always dreamed of.  Ride on!

Hi I'm Corey, part of the Motorcycle Sales Team here at SVH-D.   I started working here in February of 2012 and really enjoy working with new customers every day!  I have two great kids, Amelia and Alec, both of which love to ride with me.  When I was a kid, I rode dirt bikes and moved on to sport bikes as I got older - neither compare to riding a Harley-Davidson.  I'd love to help you get the bike of your dreams, so stop by and see me, and I'll get you on the road today!

The Man with the Money Plan

I'm Dave Fake and I started with SVH-D in March of 2003 as a detailer in the Service department.  In my time here, I have also worked at the Parts counter as well as a Chrome Consultant.  I took a few years off after my motorcycle accident in 2007 and came back to the dealership in June of 2010 as the Business Manager of the F&I office.  I have been riding since 1984, married since 1995 and a father since 1999.  I've owned a '99 XLH1200, a '94 FLHTC and an '05 FLHRS as well as many metric bikes.  I'm currently working on a '96 XL883 project that I hope to have finished by August.

The Part & Accessory Know-it-Alls

Hey there - I'm Jim and I've been with SVH-D for 13 years, 11 of which have been spent as the Parts Manager.  I've been riding since I was 15 and on Harley's for the past 25 years.  I married my wonderful wife Kathy on 10/10/10!  We both enjoy getting out on our '03 FLHT Police bike.  Stop by the Parts Department and meet all of our parts professionals!
Hey, I'm Mikey and I've been with SVH-D since 2006.  I spend most of my days here behind the Parts counter, but you can also find me at the Chrome Consultant desk.  I've been riding most of my life and bought my first Harley in 2004.  I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids when I'm not at work.  Stop by and see me the next time you're in and I'll make sure you leave with all the right accessories for your ride!

I'm Buck and I started working for SVH-D in April of '99 in the Parts Department.  I've been married for 21 years to my wife Mona.  Our rides are an '85 Softail and an '05 Electra Glide Classic.  We are also both lifetime members of ABATE fighting for our rights to enjoy the freedoms that so many have given their lives for.

Hi! My name is Bill and my employment with Harley-Davidson began in 2004. In May of 2007, I started with SVH-D. I encourage everyone to come in with your questions, stories and observations. Always expect the unexpected.

The Guys (and Gals) Who Aren't Afraid to Get a Little Dirty

Hello, my name is Brad.   I started working here as a technician in 2007 and have since taken on the Service Manager position.  It's been a fun ride so far and I look forward to putting many more miles under my belt as a Harley-Davidson Service Professional.  When I'm not riding my bike, I enjoy playing hockey.  I have a beautiful wife, Stephanie, and two energetic children, Dominic & Jade.

Stop in and talk motorcycles with me anytime!  Ride safe!

Hello everyone, my name is Kat!  I have been a Service Consultant at SVH-D since December 2011 and have had a blast working with our customers.  When I'm not at work, I enjoy putting miles on my motorcycle and spending time with my two pitbulls, Diesel and Harley.

Next time you're in the building, stop back and see me with any of your service questions, to schedule your next appointment or just to say hi!

As always, keep the shiny side up!

Hey guys - I'm Chris and I'm currently finishing up my courses at YTI with the plan of graduating in February of 2012.  I joined the SVH-D team as a Service Writer in December of 2011 and couldn't be more excited to work in a field that I love.  I've been riding since 2007 and currently ride a 2009 VRSCF Muscle year round.  I currently have a 1986 Honda Shadow VT500C that I'm working on as a custom bobber project.  If you're ever in the mood to talk bikes or have questions about your own ride, don't hestitate to call or stop by and see me at the Service counter.
Hey, I'm Ken and I'm a Master Technician at SVH-D.  I've been working here since 1996.  I've been around motorcycles pretty much my whole life and really enjoy working on your bikes to keep them at their optimum performance levels.
Whatsup.. I'm Dale and  I have been riding on the street since 1996. I started at SVH-D in the spring of 1998 washing bikes. Later that summer, I attended York Technical Institute's Harley-Davidson SWAT program. I have since been to numerous H-D classes and I am now a Master Technician. I am the proud pappa of two boys, Nick and Lil' Dale.
Hello, I'm Chris and I started in the Service Department of SVH-D in May 2002. My wife Becky and I have two daughters, Sadirah & Sophia. I have been riding for most of my life; right now I'm riding a 1990 Sportster. In my free time, I like to spend time with my family, and occasionally hunt and fish.
Hey.. I'm Joe and I've been a technician here at SVH-D since May of 2006 after graduating from YTI.  I've been around motorcycles all of my life and currently ride a 2006 Street Glide (TJ), 1990 XL (Dolly) and a 1976 Superglide Shovel (Sally).  When I'm not at work, I can be found working on my own bikes or out on the road riding.
Hey - My name is Dean and although I spent the majority of my life working in construction, I've always had a passion for motorcycles.  When I got laid off from construction, I decided to take my passion to the next level by going to YTI.  I graduated in February of 2011 and started at SVH-D that following May.  When I'm not here, I enjoy riding with friends or spending time with my wife and kids.  I'm also a very proud parent of an Army son currently serving in Iraq.
I'm Mark and I'm the guy who keeps your bike nice and clean after service or before your new bike purchase leaves the dealership.  I also do pick-up and delivery of your motorcycle when needed.
