Thank you for visiting the Susquehanna Valley Harley-Davidson Service department web page.  Our service team strives to deliver our fellow riders the ultimate Harley-Davidson experience.  Our goal is to take care of all your needs and wants in the most professional, timely, and courteous manner possible.

We currently have 7 factory-trained technicians, 3 service consultants, and 2 detail professionals staffed to help you in any way we can.  From factory issued computer equipment to a dynamometer, we have the state-of-the-art tools and resources to deliver the latest in maintenance and repair.  Our training comes direct from folks that designed and built the bikes you ride.  We know your bike, and you’ll see why bringing your Harley-Davidson to the true professionals is the best thing you can do for your motorcycle.

Hours of Operation

Sunday Drop-Off

The service department is closed on Sunday.  If there is a service emergency, please contact our parts department between 11:00am – 4:00pm and we will do our best to accommodate you in any way we can.  If Sunday is the only day you can pick up from a scheduled service appointment, we require payment in full prior to Saturday at 4:00pm and will stage your motorcycle for an expedited pick up through the parts department.  If dropping off, please park under the overhang outside of the service entrance and fill out a drop-off form.  Place your envelope, with keys inside, into the drop-off box and a staff member will roll your motorcycle inside at the end of the day.

Scheduling an Appointment

We highly recommend scheduling an appointment for any service work to ensure we handle your needs as efficiently as possible.  The more notice you can provide us, the better preparation and delivery we can provide you.  Call one of our consultants today (717) 810-1993 ext. 627 or click HERE to submit an online appointment request. 

Speed Service

For last minute or drop-in appointments of 1 hour or less, we do provide our riders with SVH-D Speed Service.  No appointment necessary, ride-in / ride-out service work.  We handle all requests on a first come – first serve basis.  Whether it’s a last minute state inspection, or a set of grips that catch your eye, drop in and we will take care of you.

Pennsylvania State Inspection

To keep you safe and legal, stop in for your annual State Inspection.  New bike purchasers get free State Inspections for the life of the ownership and MVP members receive a pricing advantage.  Motorcycle inspections are slightly different than cars, please see chart below for sticker allocation.

Pick-up & Delivery

We have 2 units available during the week for pick-up and delivery. Limited scheduling is available Monday through Friday.  Please call ahead to set up these appointments.  Weekends are reserved for emergency towing only.  MVP Silver & Gold members receive one-way free for scheduled maintenance and Gold members are provided with free emergency towing with 50 miles.

Cleaning & Detailing

Any time you leave your motorcycle with us for a service appointment, we aim to give it back to you in better condition than you left it.  When in for quick service work such as an oil change or state inspection, you'll receive a complimentary wash & dry.  Scheduled maintenance and major repair or accessory jobs receive a wash, dry, & polish.  Pricing below is for scheduled cleaning, a wheel detail can be added to any wash, and a restoration detail must be left with our detail department for 2 days for proper completion.
